Work is ongoing with finding suitable areas/locations for establishing of new mini-recycling stations. This procurement shall be staffed with the following roles in the project organisation.
* Main Project Manager/SHE Coordinator (KU);
* Construction Manager for electro;
* Construction Manager for HVAC.

Requirement:

— The tenderer shall have good creditworthiness.

Documentation requirement:

— The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

— REN will, in addition, obtain a credit rating from Experian (model 0-100 points, 5 steps) which will be taken into account in the evaluation.

Requirement:

— Significant experience is required from building and construction projects.

— Good capacity and execution capabilities are required.

— A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.

Documentation requirement:

— The tenderer's most important, relevant deliveries over the last three years, including their values, dates and recipients/contracting authorities. not CV.

— Description of the tenderer's manpower. An organisation chart must be attached.

— Give a brief account of the system and a description on how the quality assurance of the assignment shall be implemented.
