Condition evaluations for the clean water basins project

The capacity for clean water basins at Oset water treatment plant shall be increased, and in connection with this, building inspections and condition evaluations of buildings and structures, etc. are required. The buildings and structures that can be affected by construction works are subject to inspections and condition evaluations. It is important to identify the condition, well before the construction works are initiated, and follow-up during the project implementation is necessary. The assignment will include regular structural inspections of buildings in the area during the construction period. Vibration measurements shall be carried out and the tenderer will be responsible for following up and systematising the obtained information. The area also has numerous private GeoExchange Energy systems, and any complaints regarding their functionality in the agreement period must be followed up by the tenderer.
NB: The project is subject to financing in accordance with the municipality investment regime.

Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the services that will be provided.
Certificates issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation of equivalent quality assurance measures presented by tenderers.
