Requirement:
1. The service provider is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation:
1. Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
2. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.
1. The tenderer shall have an orderly system in relation to payment of taxes/VAT.
1. VAT and tax certificate (Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
1) The tenderer must have the financial capacity to execute the assignment/contract. Worthy of Credit (A) or better credit rating is required.
Documentation:
1. Asker municipality will obtain a rating itself from Bisnode CreditPro (previously Soliditet Online/Dun & Bradstreet).
2. The company's last Annual Report (including the auditor's assessment), as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's fiscal figures.
If for valid reasons the service provider is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the service provider may prove the economic and financial standing with any other document that the contracting authority is able to accept.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
1. Good implementation ability is required;
2. Good experience is required from equivalent contracts;
3. A good, well-functioning quality assurance system is required;
4.The company is requested to have an specifically expressed environmental policy.
Documentation:
1. An overview of the tenderer's work force;
2. A list with short descriptions of the Tenderer's 3 most important relevant assignments during the previous 3 years. The descriptions shall include a description of the assignments, their values, contract periods and names of customers;
3. A certificate issued by a certification body that verifies that the tenderer meets the requirement for an established quality assurance system, or equivalent;
4. A completed environmental profile self-declaration form — Appendix 5.
