The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund, hereafter called SPK, invites tenderers to a qualification for participation in a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a competition management tool (hereafter CMT) and a contract administration tool (hereafter CAT).
The procurement shall ensure SPK's access to an electronic tool that supports public procurement processes and contract administration.

A non-binding estimate for the contracting authority is that there will be approx. 5-9 permanent users including an administrator. In addition, there is a need for a larger number of ‘light’ users of CMT and CAT that shall have reading access and possibly limited writing access. The tools (CMT and CAT) shall be totally integrated with each other and it shall be possible to integrate the tools with SPK's case and archive system Public 360 and the finance system Agresso.The contract will be valid for 2 years. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 2 years and then have annual extensions (2+1+1+1+1). The maximum length is 8 years.1 000 0001 500 000
