Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: — Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:

— A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit information company that has permission to handle personal information.

If for valid reasons a tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove their economic and financial standing with any other documents that the contracting authority is able to accept as appropriate for assessing the company's financial strength to fulfil the contract.

Requirement: The tenderer shall have good experience from equivalent contracts.

Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments for tree cutting management in protected areas, or equivalent considerate tree cutting in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of:

— The assignment's value and extent;

— Date;

— Recipient (name, telephone number and email address).

References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.

Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.

Statements must be submitted indicating the tenderer's average workforce over the last 3 years and the equipment, machinery, tools, material or technical equipment that are available to the tenderer and will be used to implement the contract/assignment. A hire contract shall be documented for hired crews and machines.

Requirement: The services that are to be provided must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system

Documentation requirement: Statement regarding the service provider's quality assurance system/ management system.
