Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation requirement: Tax Certificate.
Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement: Company Registration Certificate.
The tenderer must have good conduct.
Documentation requirement: Confirmation via a self-declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
Documentation requirement: The tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the board's and auditor's reports for 2014 and 2015.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have good and relevant professional competence and sufficient implementation ability.
Documentation requirement: A short, overall description of the organisation shall be given — see the tender documentation.
The tenderer shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall present an overview of similar deliveries in the last 3 years (maximum 10). Tenderers shall themselves describe how each of these are relevant for this assignment and how, and with what result, they were carried out for the customer. At least 1 of the deliveries shall have been for a campaign in social media and at least one delivery shall have been for minor assignments such as the production of material (reports, publications, brochures etc.) In addition a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 attestations shall be provided from deliveries in the overview.
