The contract comprises the following:
— Collection equipment for the collection of windows impregnated with chlorinated paraffin from the contracting authority's 3 recycling stations. Sufficient equipment for temporary storage of unbroken and broken windows shall always be available.
— Transport of windows impregnated with chlorinated paraffin from our recycling stations, in accordance with prevailing Regulations.
— Regulated reception and processing of windows impregnated with chlorinated paraffin from our recycling stations.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax certificate.
Company Registration Certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The Company's financial statements with the auditor's report for the last 3 years, both in total and specifically for the performance on the contract, possibly supplemented by a declaration from a bank / guarantee institution.
— Credit appraisal/rating — not older than 6 months from the receipt of tenders and based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— The tenderer must have the financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. A reference list of the documentation for similar assignments the last 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients.
2. The documentation shall be given in 1 of the following ways:
o Description of the company's routines regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and continuous analyses and improvement.
o If the tenderer holds an ISO 9001:2000 certificate, this may be attached
3. Approved concession/permit for the processing of windows impregnated with chlorinated paraffin (hazardous waste).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. The tenderer is required to have experience with similar assignments during the last 3 years. The term ‘similar assignments’ means contracts of the same type, scope and value.
2. The tenderer shall have an established quality assurance system.
3. The tenderer shall have authorised reception and treatment of windows impregnated with chlorinated paraffin (hazardous waste), or that an authorised reception is available.
