Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall submit a VAT certificate and a tax certificate.
Tax and VAT certificate:
The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears must be explained / justified.
Foreign tenderer must submit corresponding confirmation that government taxes and duties have been paid in the country where the tenderer has their place of business.
Suppliers shall have an ethically responsible company.
If the tenderer has in the last 5 years been convicted for corruption, fraud or money laundering, or is guilty of criminal offences concerning professional conduct, the judgement and subject matter must be accounted for.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solvency to be able to comply with the contractual obligations.
Tenderers must submit Annual Financial Statement for the last 2 financial years, as well as the auditors reports.
The Tenderer may be subject to credit appraisal.
Newly established companies must submit accounts and auditor's reports for the period the company has been in operation.
A bank guarantee can be submitted that provides equivalent guarantee for the ability to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have good qualifications and capacity in relation to the contractual obligations.
Short description of the Tenderer's personnel and technical units that the Tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
Documentation on education and professional qualifications for the company in general.
Documentation containing information of education and professional qualifications of the person(s) responsible for executing the service (CVs must be enclosed).
The tenderer cannot rely on sub-providers.
A report of the equipment, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract/assignment.
A statement regarding the Tenderer's quality assurance system/management system.
A copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
The tenderer must be a Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority approved cleaning company, or have an application being processed. If the contract is signed before approval is in place and the application is not approved after the contract is awarded, the contract will be terminated.
