Difi wants tender offers on daily and periodical cleaning of their premises in Leikanger. The total cleaning area is 3,100 square metres.
A site inspection will be arranged for Wednesday 19.10.2016. 10:00 at Skrivarvegen 2, 6863 Leikanger. Enrolment for the site inspection should be sent via the communications module (e-mail) in Mercell.
Cleaning shall be carried out during the daytime in accordance with the attached cleaning plans.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax and VAT certificate — Requirement: The tenderer must have submitted tax statements and paid tax, payroll tax and VAT. Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for submitting the application. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-providers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.

Company Registration Certificate — Requirement: Tenderers should be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation Requirement: Tenderers shall enclose a credit rating. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. This credit report must include a credit rating, (including a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating), and it must be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution. The credit score must not be lower than A (creditworthy) or equivalent if a different form of score is used (numbers). Tenderers with a score lower than A or equivalent (i.e. not credit worthy or credit worthy with security) will not be considered. Recently established Providers shall not have a score lower than AN (worthy of credit, recently established companies) or equivalent if a different form of score is used (assessment of figures). Recently established service providers can present a bank guarantee as proof of credit worthiness.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have experience from comparable cleaning assignments and competence with quality standard INSTA 800. Documentation requirement: Reference list of comparable cleaning contracts in the last three years. Tenderers that are newly established and cannot therefore present references, must substantiate that they have the prerequisites required to fulfil the contract. The tenderer shall report their company formation and employees' competence and expertise.

The tenderer must be able to ensure environmental consideration when carrying out the service. Documentation Requirement: Relevant environmental certificates, such as EMAS or ISO 14001 or equivalent, or through a description of their own system and routines for environmental policy, environmental management system, training of employees for environmentally-friendly cleaning, etc.
