The assignment concerns cleaning of Domstoladministrasjonens l[The Norwegian Courts Administration's] premises in Drammen, Drammen Courthouse. The Courthouse consists of two wings, the tower block and the courtroom wing. The tower block consists of nine floors and a cellar, but this contract comprises only parts of the cellar, first floor and second floor and all of the third and fourth floors. The first floor covers both wings, in addition there will be the second Floor in the courtroom wing. The building is from 1962 and the area included in this agreement is a little under 2 800 m².

Tenderers shall be certified by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority as an publicly certified cleaning business.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
Documentation Requirement: The tenderer's completed and approved Annual Financial Statements for 2014 and 2015, including notes and the board and auditor reports. Also enclose the provisional Annual Financial Statement for 2016.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have good implementation ability.
Documentation Requirement: The tenderer shall give a brief description of their business.
The tenderer shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.
Documentation Requirement: Project descriptions from a minimum of three equivalent deliveries in the last three years.
The tenderer must have a well functioning quality assurance system
Documentation Requirement: Brief description of the quality assurance system or certificate of ISO 9001 certification.
Tenderers must have competence that ensures a low impact on the environment when performing the service.
