The estimated project cost including VAT: 13 500 000 NOK. The project cost includes costs beyond the contract cost for the building. (Also includes the site purchase, Developer Administration, margins and reserves etc.)
This notice concerns pre-qualification of participants to the competition.
An interaction phase will be scheduled for the period 1.5.2017 to 30.6.2017.
The building shall be erected at the Mevold development in Julsundet in Aukra kommune. Combined, the sites are 2 248 m².
The project shall be completed by 1.10.2018.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right for final approval of the project after tender offers are obtained.
