The last 3 completed annual accounts, including notes and the board's and auditor's statements. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the tenderers via a credit rating company.

If the tenderer cannot, for valid reasons, submit the documentation that the Contracting Authority has requested, he can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that has relevance to the tenderer's economic and financial position.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A description of what resources the tenderer has at his disposal within the requested services and material. CVs for the management and key personnel shall be submitted.

A description of the quality assurance system. If the tenderer's quality assurance system is described as, for example, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, or equivalent 3rd party verified systems, it is sufficient to submit copies of valid certificates.

Presentation of relevant licences, or documentation that substantiates that licences will be awarded if the persons in question are awarded a contract.

An overview shall be enclosed of the buses that will be used at the start of the contract, as well as a plan or agreement that shows that the capacity can be increased if required.

Andre særlige vilkår:

The operator shall offer his operative personnel wages and working terms that are at least equivalent to the terms in the current nationwide tariff agreements in Norway. Otherwise the Professional Traffic Act § 8 applies, with the consequence that employees on the announced routes have the right to be transferred to the new operator in accordance with the Act's provisions.

Only those who fulfil the terms for operating scheduled passenger transport, given in the regulations from 26.3.2003 no 401 on domestic professional transport by motor vehicle and vessel, can participate in the competition. This also applies to any sub-providers involved in the assignment.
