Documentation requirement:
Credit rating — Applicants shall present a credit rating that is not older than 1 month calculated from the application deadline.
The annual accounts with key figures — Applicants shall present their annual accounts and key figures.
Experience from similar assignments.
Applicants shall have sufficient experience from equivalent deliveries. This shall be documented by presenting information on the most relevant assignments that the applicant has or has had in the last 5 years.
Applicants shall use the form in annex 6.1 below for this, where you will also find what detailed documentation requirements apply.
Quality assurance, internal control.
Applicants shall have a satisfactory system for quality assurance and internal control and shall enclose documentation confirming that the applicant has systems that fulfil the current laws and regulations for the supplier's current business, including internal control.

The competition for the procurement of bus services in the Kristiansand area has been cancelled as there was an error in the competition form in the notice. The competition shall not be a restricted tender contest, but a negotiated procedure. The competition will be re-announced in the near future and the contracting authority aims to publish the notice in week 5.
