Broadband network for Trøndelag County

Sør-Trøndelag fylkeskommune [Sør-Trøndelag County]

Trøndelag County shall procure a new broadband network which includes all county locations and 2 computer rooms in Steinkjer and Trondheim county buildings. The 2 computer rooms shall as a starting point be equal, and 1 computer room shall be able to operate the entire activity if the other room is not out of operation. Both computer rooms shall have inlets from all WAN locations and the internet, and powerful and redundant communication lines shall be created between the 2 rooms.
The agreement period is 3 years with option for 2 + 2 years prolongation. The establishment costs shall be included in the monthly rate for the 36 first months and prices and terms shall be renegotiated in connection with any prolongation.
The current agreements for Nord- and Sør-Trøndelag county expire 31.1.2018 and 18.11.2017, respectively. A new agreement, based on this tender notice will be valid from 19.11.2017 for both main locations as well as locations included in the former Sør-Trøndelag County. An agreement for locations included in the former Nord-Trøndelag County be valid from 1.2.2018.
The broadband system shall be flexible in regards to changes in the client's activities, by relocating or terminating activities. Locations that are relocated or terminated shall be given 1 month notice. An early redemption fee will not be included as long as the total number of locations subject to termination during the agreement period does not exceeds 20 %.
Changes in the structure for dental health service may occur, c.f. the White Paper 14 (2014-2015).
