Sea water pumps:
Submerged pumps in new pump station:
UiB/ BKK Varme AS are building new sea water provisions for supply of sea water to climate cooling and fishing research. A new pump station is being built under the Puddefjord Bridge at Dokken. The pump system is built with separate supplies to:
— BKK sea water cooling to Media City Bergen (MCB) and future cooling at Nedre Nygård. Provision of 2 submerged pumps each 14 500 L/min at 420 kPa;
— BKK future sea water cooling for the Dokken area. Supply with 2 submerged pumps each 14 500 L/min at 420 kPa;
— UiB supply of sea water to fishing research at the High Technology Centre and climate cooling at Nygårdshøyden. Supply of 2 submerged pumps, each 5 300 L/min at 580 kPa;
— Supply of seawater to UiB's energy plant with heat pumps in the Law Building. Provision of 2 submerged pumps each 3 350 L/min at 400 kPa.
All pumps should be of marine corrosion resistant construction without the use of galvanic anodes due to the quality requirement of seawater for fish research. Relevant materials are Duplex or equivalent material qualities or corrosion protection.
Tenderer shall give the tender offer based on the delivery, assembly and commissioning of pumps. All of the pumps shall be capacity regulated with frequency transformers delivered by other contractors as part of the electro and control system.

Foreign companies: Certificates of registration in a professional registered as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.
Requirement: 2 The company's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and duties.
Norwegian company: Tax certificate for VAT that is not older than 6 months from the tender deadline expiry (by the Tax Officer in the tenderer's county). Requirement 3: The company shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation in health, environment and safety).
Contractors that shall carry out work in Norway must deliver declarations on fulfilment of the requirements for health, environment and safety that Norwegian authorities set. The declaration must not be more than 6 months old.

Requirement 4: The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment.
Documentation: A credit assessment/rating, not older than 3 months, which is based on the most recent financial figures. The rating should be carried out by publicly approved credit rating institution.
— The credit rating should be at least A or equivalent.
If the tenderer has justifiable reasons not to substantiate his economic position in-line with the above named documentation requirement, the contractor will further assess other suitable documentation, for example, a declaration from a financial institution about surety.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 5: The tenderer shall have sufficient experience with delivering, assembling and commissioning of equivalent submerged pumps.
Documentation requirement:
— A list of the most important, relevant deliveries and services performed during the last 8 years (up to 5 deliveries), including information about the value of the works as well as the time and place the work was carried out. Contact information must be provided for a reference person. The contracting authority is given authorisation to contact the relevant person.
