Bergen Cathedral School — turnkey contract

Bergen Cathedral School currently consists of 4 buildings: The main building (building H), the classroom wing (building K), the gymnastics building (building G) and the new building (building N).
Building H shall be completely renovated. The building shall be secured from ongoing settlement in the ground, the facades shall be improved and rot damage in the floor structure shall be improved. The surfaces on the building shall be renewed. Parts of the building are to be renewed in accordance with cultural heritage prerequisites. All the technical installations shall be renewed and the building shall get sprinkler installations.
A middle building (building M) shall be constructed between buildings H and K, which will also include the new main access to the school.
Building K will have some alteration work, mainly on the ground floor.
There are many annexes in the competition that cannot be sent by e-mail from the supplier portal. Tenderers will have to download the documents directly from the supplier portal.
Tender offers must be submitted in electronic format in HFK's supplier portal.
