Frogn municipality has decided to construct sheltered accommodation in Belsjø terrasse 19/21. The project includes the main project building A, consisting of 17 sheltered accommodation flats, communal areas and an administrative part, total approx. 2 000 m², upgrades to the access road, Belsjø terrasse, with a pavement and adaptations to the road to neighbours, infrastructure for high voltage, water and sewage, as well as the continuation of a footpath between Ullerud Helsebygg and Belsjø terrasse. Furthermore, there are options for the establishment of a roof terrace on building A, the construction of a block of flats B of approx. 800 m² with 6 residential units and a communal roof terrace for sale in the open market, and the establishment of a new water pipeline for the required extinguishing water capacity.Both building A and a possible building B shall be constructed in accordance with the passive house standard for housing, NS 3700 and shall achieve the BREEAM certification ‘Very Good’.
