Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall have submitted their tax, payroll tax and VAT assessments. Documented by: A tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.

The tenderers shall be a legally established company: Documented by: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documented by: An extended credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit company, which includes a credit rating of the tenderer, typically given by a letter or short text, as well as an explanation thereof. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall, at a minimum, be equivalent to credit worthy.

The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability. Documented by: A description of the company, including a statement of the company's core competence in relation to the scope of the delivery, as well as an overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, including a description of the current activities.

The tenderer shall have good experience from similar deliveries to the public sector. Documented by: An overview of the principal and most relevant deliveries during the previous 3 years (up to 5 deliveries). The overview shall contain a short description of the delivery, date of implementation and duration, financial extent of the delivery, and the name and telephone number of a reference person at the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority shall be authorised to contact the stated contact persons in order to clarify any questions of relevance to the assignment/contract.

Systems and routines that ensure low environmental impact when performing the delivery are required. Documented by: Description of the business's procedures and systems related to waste, transport, chemical handling, and procurement. If the routines are described in the company's environmental management system according to ISO 14001 or equivalent 3rd party verified systems, the valid certificate, as well as a copy of relevant procedures, must be submitted.

The tenderer is required to have established control systems and routines for quality assurance of the services included in the contract. Documented by: A description of the tenderer's management systems and routines that verifies that the requirement is complied with. If the routines are described in the company's quality assurance system according to ISO 9001 or equivalent 3rd party verified systems, the valid certificate, as well as a copy of relevant procedures, must be submitted.
