Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers are required to have fulfilled their tax and VAT payment obligations. Certificate for tax and for VAT. Issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate shall be issued on the Tax Directorate's form RF-1316 or another form that provides the same information. The certificate shall not show significant arrears. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The tenderer is shall be a legally established company. The tenderer can document this by submitting a copy of a Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies shall submit proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to fulfil the agreement Tenderers shall, when submitting a tender enclose a credit rating not older than 6 months from the tender deadline from Proff Forvalt credit information company www.forvalt.no, or from a corresponding independent credit-rating agency who provides the identical requested information: A minimum credit score of ‘satisfactory’ is required for 2 of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solidity, and a minimum score of B3 on the Probability of going Bankruptcy analysis, c.f. Proff Forvalt's ranking.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer is required to have adequate experience from similar assignments. Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries or provided services for the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, and recipient.

The tenderer must have the sufficient environmental competence for ensuring compliance with the environmental requirements in regards to the delivery. The tenderer shall enclose an account of existing routines verifying compliance with the requirement. If this is described in the company's quality — or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, Svanen, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent third- party verified systems, a copy of the routines and a valid certificate can be enclosed.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall verify compliance with requirements related to wage and working conditions. The contractual terms will require that the tenderers comply with the Regulation 2008-02-08 No 112. The objective is to ensure non-discriminating working conditions, regardless of the worker's nationality. This only applies to employees who are directly involved in fulfilling the contract. The head of the business is responsible for complying with this regulation. The tenderer shall verify that conditions included in the regulation are fulfilled.
