The contract includes an option for the purchase of reagents, consumables, etc. which is necessary for extracting samples in 5 years from assembly/installation, as well as an agreement for service and maintenance 3 years after the guarantee period has expired.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: Certificate for tax and VAT. The certificate shall not be more than six months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no
For foreign tenderers:
Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from the country of origin, that substantiate that payment of taxes and duties is in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a statement which verifies that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— A credit assessment that is not more than 6 months from the tender deadline, from an approved credit rating institution. The credit rating must contain key figures from the company's last 2 financial years. See also comments below, or
— The tenderer can instead choose to attach annual financial statements from the last 2 years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1: List with overview of corresponding deliveries the previous 3 years. The list shall as a minimum contain:
— Name of the client;
— Contract value and scope;
— Date of the assignment;
— A short description of the delivery, including delivery of product and service.
2: A description of the tenderer's service organisation for the offered instrument. The capacity shall be described with the number of available service technicians with relevant experience.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1: The tenderer shall have experience with equivalent deliveries, hereunder delivery of servicing.
2. The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to provide the services.
