A combination vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, Hib and hepatitis B

The Norwegian Institute of Public Health

The Norwegian Institute of Public Health shall enter into an agreement regarding the purchase of a combination vaccine for the diseases: diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, polio, Hib and hepatitis B (a 6 component vaccine), for the National Vaccine Programme. The 6 component vaccine shall replace the current 5 component vaccine (diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, polio and Hib) and partly vaccine against hepatitis B for defined risk groups. The procurement is carried out on behalf of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (HOD).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation: Certificate for tax and VAT. The certificate shall not be more than 6 months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see: Skatteetaten.no
Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation: Company registration certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: The tenderer's approved annual accounts including notes with the Board's and auditor's reports from the last 2 years. Detailed documentation requirements are given in the tender documentation's annex 2, the Tender folder.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The tenderer shall have good implementation ability, including experience from corresponding deliveries of offered or equivalent vaccine, of corresponding scope/extent, during the last 3 years.
Documentation: Suppliers shall enclose an overview of relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, which shall as a minimum include:
— A description of the product;
— The time of the delivery;
— The extent of the delivery.
Requirement: The tenderer shall have a good and relevant quality assurance system for this type of deliveries.
Documentation: A brief description of the overall quality assurance system that the tenderer will use for carrying out this contract.
Either: The company's quality assurance system issued by independent bodies which certify that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001.
Or: Instead of a certificate, other verifiable quality control systems are acceptable where relevant procedures, certificates and deviation/ improvement work emerges.
