Nordland County has an extensive activity with responsibility for 16 sixth form colleges See www.nfk.no for further information about Nordland county.
Nordland County hereby invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest regarding student PCs for 16 of the sixth form colleges in the County:
Andøy, Aust-Lofoten, Bodø, Bodin, Brønnøysund, Fauske, Hadsel, Knut Hamsun, Meløy, Mosjøen, Narvik, Polarsirkelen, Saltdal, Sandnessjøen, Sortland and Vest-Lofoten.
Nordland County shall enter into an agreement with 1 supplier.
The contract period is 1 year with option for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year prolongation of the contract.
The students at sixth form colleges in Nordland county are obliged to use laptop computers. For further information go to: https://www.nfk.no/tjenester/utdanning/utdanning-i-skole/pc-i-skole.
The total number of student places in the schoolyear 2014-2015 was 10;035, but a total of 9 128 students were admitted. The procurement is primarily for students in the first year of the sixth form college and the volume is estimated to 3 300 computers per annum.
Changes can occur in the annual structure of the admissions process. Nordland county cannot, therefore, guarantee the annual scope. Compensation will not be given if the estimated volume is not achieved.
The framework agreement involves purchase and supplementation of student PCs for the upper secondary education and training in the agreement period.
