Skedsmo Kommune with the health and social welfare sector, in connection with the expiration of the existing agreement, needs to execute a new procurement.
The services comprises BPA — user controlled personal assistance limited to residences and users within the municipality borders. The execution site is the user's private home.
Skedsmo kommune with the health and social welfare sector, e Contracting Authority, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the establishment of a framework agreements for user controlled personal assistance.
Skedsmo kommune has approx. 50 000 inhabitants. The health and social welfare sector provides health and care services as well as child welfare and social services to the municipality's inhabitants, and is managed by the municipal executive.
The framework agreement will be a parallel agreement between three equal suppliers. It will be up to each individual user to select which supplier they wish to use.
The services comprises BPA — user controlled personal assistance limited to residences and users within the municipality borders. The execution site is primarily the user's own home, and in some circumstances assistance will be required with the execution of a vacation trip or similar. The users include everything from children with disabilities from four year and up to 17 years with varying degrees of assistance required. The service is provided as individual relief in the home of the user and possibly when out together with the family. The need varies from 40 hours per year to approx. 17 hours per 24 hour period. Currently there are approx. 30 users included in the resolution, this will be subject to change. It is anticipated that there will be an increase in-line with the population.
