Møre og Romsdal Fylkeskommune [Møre and Romsdal County]

The Contracting Authority in this tender contest is Møre og Romsdal County. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for graphical services to the County's activities.
The Contracting Authority shall enter into an agreement with one tenderer for the combined assignment. The framework agreement period is 2 years, with option for further 2 years prolongation. The agreement shall be in operation from 1.12.2016.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Verification showing affiliation to the ILO convention no. 94. The confirmation shall be given in the attached form, annex 5.
Tenderers shall be up-to-date with regards to payment of taxes. Tax and VAT certificates are required. The certificates shall be issued by the chief municipal treasurer and shall not be older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
It is required that the tenderer has a legally established company. A company registration certificate from The Brønnøysund Register Centre (not older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders) shall be enclosed as documentation.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract. — Documentation shall be presented, verifying that the financial capability to implement the assignment; for example, a credit evaluation/rating not older than one year and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially approved credit rating agency. — If this is not enclosed with the tender, the Contracting Authority will obtain a rating from Bisnode — the associated company to Dun and Bradstreet.
