Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune invites tenderers to a competition for the purchase of software maintenance (SAM — Software Asset Management).
The delivery consists of software that the IT section purchases and maintains on behalf of Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune (MRFK) and license administration of these licenses (SAM — Software Asset Management). Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune wants to be correctly licensed and therefore we want a tenderer who has good knowledge of the software products that are used in the county.

The tenderer shall be up to date with payment of taxes and duties: — Tax/VAT certificate (Certificate issued by the Tax Officer (form RF-1244)) that is not more than 6 months old.
The tenderer shall work systematically to fulfil the requirements of the Health, Safety and Environment Legislation: — HSE self-declaration, Annex 4 (to be signed by the General Manager and Chief Employee Representative).
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company: — Company Registration Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprise (Foretaksregisteret).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must document the financial ability to fulfil the contract: — The contracting authority will obtain a rating from Bisnode (https://soliditet.no/) as documentation of the financial ability to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have an environment management system or plan to implement 1. Tenderers must give an account of the internal environment management system or a certificate from an official quality management institute.
Tenderer must document their experience from equivalent deliveries to the public sector regarding scope and capacity. Reference list that describes the tenderer's most important references from the last 3 years, cf. Annex 5.
