2016-31 RAM Workshop equipment sixth form colleges

Møre og Romsdal county invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of workshop machines for the sixth form colleges in Møre og Romsdal counties.
Møre og Romsdal county will spend approx. 7 000 000 NOK per annum (including VAT) over the coming 4 years on M-resources to upgrade and renew elderly workshop machines in sixth form colleges. This applies to both manual machines for first years in TIP and for more advanced machines with computer control for second years in Industrial Technology.
A part of the syllabus for second year Industrial Technology is that students shall both learn to programme CNC controlled machines and enter programmes for editing. It is therefore also important that all new machines are have good educational characteristics and good user friendliness for training.
The contracting authority requests the following product groups/lots:
CNC controlled cutting machines with service contracts;
CNC milling with service contracts;
Edge breakers with service contracts;
Manual lathes with service contracts;
Manual milling machines with service contracts;
Plate scissors with service contracts;
Column drilling machines.

The tenderer shall work systematically to fulfil the requirements of the Health, Safety and Environment legislation: — HSE self-declaration, Annex 4 (to be signed by the General Manager and Chief Employee Representative);
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company: — Company Registration Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprise [Foretaksregisteret].

Tenderers must document the financial ability to fulfil the contract: — The contracting authority will obtain a rating from Bisnode (https://soliditet.no/) as documentation of the financial ability to fulfil the contract.
