2016/1970 Hire of premises for an ambulance station at Engavågen and Ørnes

Nordlandssykehuset HF [The Nordland Hospital]

Nordlandssykehuset HF would like to come into contact with potential tenderers who currently have properties, or who would like to establish such for rent for an ambulance station at Ørnes and Engavågen.
The contracting authority does not find it appropriate to build premises itself and would therefore like to enter into a long term rental contract that leads to the rent of appropriate premises. The contracting authority envisages that this can be solved in two ways, either by someone offering to adapt/alter an already existing building or by someone offering to erect a new building. In both cases the offered solution shall fulfil the contracting authority's requirements and wishes.
Several departments can be co-housed at the Ørnes station, the landlord is encouraged to examine the market for such a system.
The rental contract will be signed with the intention of the premises being ready in: Ørnes 2017 and Engavågen 2016, or as agreed. Nordlandssykehuset HF would like a rental contract for 10-15 years. Nordlandssykehuset HF has prepared requirement specifications for a standard ambulance station that can be obtained upon request; via the communication module in Mercell.

Company Registration Certificate- Requirements: providers should be a legally established enterprise. Documented by: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from applicant's home state

Tax certificate — Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their tax assessments and paid tax and payroll tax. Documented by: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, a tax certificate must also be provided for them.

VAT certificate — Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their VAT assessments and paid VAT. Documented by: VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers a tax certificate for VAT must also be provided for them.

Environment: A description shall be enclosed of the tenderer's own environmental policy, environment aims and the tenderer's environmental management system. A description shall also be enclosed of to what degree the tenderer sets environmental requirements for its sub-suppliers. This shall be documented by uploading certified certificates (e.g. ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn etc.), alternatively a description of the company's own environmental management system.
