The contracting authority can extend the agreement with up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum agreement period is 4 years. The options are triggered automatically and on identical terms unless otherwise requested by the contracting authority.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

a) Tenderers shall present a tax and VAT certificate without any considerable arrears. Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be more than 6 months from the tender deadline. Any arrears must be explained and justified. Foreign tenderers must submit the corresponding confirmation that government taxes and fees have been paid in the country where the tenderer has its place of business.

b) Tenderers are required to be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Certificate from The Brønnøysund Register Centre (Company Registration Certificate) Certificate of registration in the trade register in accordance with the laws of the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The contracting authority will assess the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner: o Last submitted Annual Financial Statement with notes including auditor's statement. In the assessment of whether the Tenderer has sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contractual obligations, the Contracting Authority will i.a. Place emphasis on whether the Tenderer has profitable operations, positive cash flow in the last year and positive equity.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers are required to have economic and financial solidity which gives the contracting authority assurance that the Tenderer can comply with the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Attachment no: 4 — reply form, experience, completed by the Tenderer. If the routines described in the Tenderer's quality assurance/or quality control system are in accordance with ISO standards or equivalent third party verification system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate with information on where this is described. Alternatively, an existing system and routines that substantiate that the requirement is fulfilled can be described.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer is required to have adequate experience from similar assignments. Similar assignments are seen as the delivery of the supplies as encompassed by the competition for major public departments/companies or to major private corporations.

The contracting authority will in this context evaluate:

— volume/value of previous deliveries.

Tenderers must have a well functioning quality assurance system for the services that shall be provided.
