Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) hereby invites tenderers to submit tender offers in the competition on ‘Consulting Group for E70 Outdoor Works’ primarily in regard to landscape architecture with outdoor works at Romsdal Sixth Form College.
Engineering design of outdoor works, will be divided into 2 areas:
Area south, east and north of the new construction (relies primarily on preliminary project).
The area west of the new construction (must be further developed by updating of the preliminary project).
New construction will be carried out in E20 Turnkey contract, while E02 Site Contractor and restructuring and infrastructure is carried out partially in an individual contract and partially as a sub-contract to E20.
E70 Contractor for Outdoor Works part A east, will be transferred as a sub-contractor to E20 Turnkey Contractor. The Turnkey Contractor is Betonmast Røsand AS.
The engineering design and the formulation of the descriptions must safeguard this. At this point in the project, the Contracting Authority has not determined whether the detailed engineering design for the western section shall be placed in an individual tender to be announced at a later date. On this basis, this part part of the procurement is included as an option.
