A target orientated and efficient internal audit built on an audit plan for how cooperation and deliveries shall be carried out during the year. Cooperation with GIEK's internal resources and Riksrevisjonen shall be undertaken in a good way.
— Availability
The tenderer's audit employees shall be available for GIEK's management when relevant topics are brought up, with a response by the end of the next working day. The tenderer shall have a continuous and good dialogue with the top responsible partner for the assignment. It is a prerequisite that the responsible partner shall be operatively responsible and shall carry out most of the audit work at GIEK.
— Advice and guidance
GIEK's employees need guidance, updating and keeping up-to-date within fields such as risk management, loss assessment, finance, accounts and duties. The tenderer shall be able to give advice and guidance so that GIEK is able to develop. This includes identifying changes within disciplines that are relevant to give advice on and communicating these to the contracting authority. Tenderers shall also be able to contribute in practical competence development and the updating that must be carried out.
