During the next year, the Contracting Authority shall procure and replace/install 21 new traffic controllers for the signalling systems, with option for up to 4 traffic-controllers. The contract includes the delivery, installation, programming and commissioning of the traffic-controllers, as well as the disassembly and removal of the old traffic-controllers to a prescribed place. In addition the supplier shall, as a part of the delivery, carry out a certain amount of first hand training of the contracting authority's personnel, with a view to troubleshooting, reprogramming, etc. The foundations for the traffic-controller cabinet are a part of the delivery.
