Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge HF (UNN) (The University Hospital of North Norway)

The service will consist of writing from digitally dictated audio files for all disciplines within somactics and psychiatry. The service is in addition to what the University Hospital of North Norway (UNN HF) does itself and the need will therefore vary. It is expected that there will be an increased need for the service in connection with staff holidays and public holidays.

The number of seconds will be assessed and possibly reduced for any extension. UNN is not obligated to procure a specific number of seconds transcribing. It is UNN's need that will always decide the amount.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement — Legally established company. Certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises or the trade index in accordance with national legislation (transcript of Company Registration Certificate). Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Documentation requirement: — The tenderer's economic and financial position. The contracting authority will use Proff TM Forvalt's (www.forvalt.no) target figures and ranking for the equity percentage, with the minimum positive equity share representing satisfactory solidity. Tenderers must ensure that this information is accessible on the website. If this is not the case, the last 2 years Financial Statements and Annual Reports must be submitted with the tender.

The tax and VAT certificate is ordered from Altinn. The certificate shall not show arrears and it shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers must be not be in arrears with regards to payment of taxes.

Tenderers shall, as a minimum, have satisfactory solidity for the last revised financial year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Documentation requirement: — Ability to provide the service in the contract period; — Tenderers must describe their delivery capacity, access to personnel, as well as their plans/routines for holidays and bank holidays; —Tenderers shall describe their back-up systems for unforeseen absence of personnel.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity and access to personnel to provide the writing service to UNN in accordance with point 1.3, the tender's extent in the contract provisions.
