AS Vinmonopolet [The Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly]

The Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly shall relocate the e-trade storage from Rommen in Oslo to a larger new building located in 1540 Vestby. The total storage area of the new building is approx. 2 400 m² and the free headroom is 11.7 metres. The range of goods in stock is mainly bottles and box wines stored loose, in boxes on ¼ pallets for product picks. The frequency of the various product groups varies and the Contracting Authority request free access to all products, at any time.
Based on this information the Contracting Authority requests tenders for:

Company Registration Certificate Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
Tax certificate Requirement: The tenderer shall have delivered their tax statements and paid taxes and employers' national insurance contributions. Documentation: Certificate for payment of taxes and social security contributions — issued by the chief municipal treasurer. The certificates shall not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Financial Requirement: Sufficient economic solidity is required. Documented by: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than three months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (containing a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer may prove his financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.

Experience. Requirement: Experience from equivalent deliveries is required. Documentation: The company's most important contracts over the last three years, including their value, time frame and recipient.
Quality assurance/management system. Requirement: A good and efficient quality assurance and management system is required. Documentation: Certification in accordance with ISO 9000 or equivalent, possibly a statement of the company's quality assurance and management system.
