The tenderer is required to be a legally established company. Documentation proof that the stated requirements are fulfilled: — Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Tax and VAT certificate. Requirement: The tenderer shall have orderly conditions in relation to payment of tax and VAT (not older than 6 months). Documentation: — Proof that the requirement is fulfilled; —Tax and VAT certificate (not older than 6 months).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Financial Requirement: Sufficient economic solidity is required. Documented by: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (containing a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g. Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer may prove his financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.
