Drammen havn

The aim of the procurement is to ensure the Port of Drammen access to the necessary security guard services 24/7/365.
The security guard centre is established at Holmen, but it also monitors the port terminal at Tangen via a camera. Other private port terminals and industrial areas in the area could also require monitoring.
The security guard centre comes under the security managers (PSO and PFSO) as well as the HSE manager in the Port of Drammen and reports to them. The security guard's main task will be to take care of the ISPS code and the concrete security measures that are required for the port installations, which has calls from international ships, including access control and monitoring the port terminals.

K 02 Tenderers and any sub-suppliers shall be certified for security guard services in accordance with the Security Services Act § 3. Documented by: A police certificate is to be enclosed.
K 03: Applicants shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity. This also includes sub-suppliers. A brief and general description of the entity shall be given, including: A report of the company's business ideas and core competencies related to the scope of delivery. — An overview of the organisation, as well as a description of the current company. — The use of any sub-suppliers for similar assignments. — The company's competence profile, related to this procurement.

K 04 Tenderers must have submitted their assignments and paid their tax, VAT and payroll tax. Documented by: A tax and VAT certificate. Any arrears or breaches must be justified. A self-declaration is required from any sub-suppliers. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
K 05 Tenderers shall have satisfactory finances to execute the contract. Documentation: A solidity assessment from a certified credit rating company shall be submitted with the tender. Cf. Point 2.19.3.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
K 06 Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity to fulfil the contract. Documented by: A completed and signed self-declaration on availability in accordance with the attached template is to be enclosed.
K 07 Those relying on other companies must submit similar documentation from these companies, c.f. point 2.19. Documented by: Equivalent documentation as described shall be submitted, as well as a commitment statement.
