The procurement includes:
— Expansion and upgrade, or replacement of, SAN in data-room 1 located at GIEK (Stoperigata 1);
— Establishment of computer room 2 (disaster recovery) at a remote location with the security safeguarded, including rental of rack space and lines and the establishment of necessary services.
— Backup of GIEK's data in data room 1 and backup of disaster recovery in data room 2 (remote location). This implies a new NAS solution, and new backup software.
— New mail archive solution that is future-proof and 100 % integrated backup solution.
— GIEK wants to build its own ‘dropbox solution’ for file exchange with internal and external parties. All data to be stored in GIEK's storage solution.
— 24/7 Support, maintenance and consulting services.
Cloud services are not included in the delivery.

The supplier should not have arrears related to the payment of taxes and duties to the public.

The supplier shall be a legally registered entity.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

A. Three last approved annual accounts with board of directors’ reports and auditor‘s report, and any recent information of relevance. If financial statements for 2015 are not audited, the preliminary P/L and balance for 2015 shall be delivered.

b. Solvency assessment from a business with a license to operate a credit information. The assessment must not be older than three months from the closing date, must be based on the latest approved accounting, and should provide information on creditworthiness and degree of risk of bankruptcy.

The supplier shall be in a good financial situation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A. Summary of the supplier‘s organization and the resources to be made available for the fulfilment of the deliverables.

b. Overview of technologies and services offered by the company and the company’s certifications on these.

c. The number of employees who will be made available for the fulfilment of the contract, particularly for SAN, mail archive and backup, as well as VMware and Brocade, respectively delivery project, and subsequent support and maintenance, described by the number of employees and their experience level per area.

d. Capacity for delivery of computer room 2.

e. Description of the supplier's methodology for services covered by this procurement.

f. If the supplier relies on other companies' capacity to fulfil its contractual obligations a declaration of commitment from relevant subcontractors shall be submitted. It should be specified what resources (number of persons as well as specifying the relevant skills / experience) belonging to the supplier and which may belong to other enterprises.
