The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
Complete annual financial statement for the last accounting year including the audit report.
Statsbygg reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Sufficient competence and capacity for the execution of the assignment is required.
Complete the attached form for reference projects carried out during the last 5 years (Annex 1a). Up to 5 reference projects can be given. Statsbygg reserves the right to contact the stated contact persons.
2) Experience is required with assignments of equivalent content and complexity.
Complete the attached form for competence and capacity (Annex 1b).
