— Consultant for the sketch project, including Architect (ARK), RIB with building physics, RIV, RIE, RIBr.The Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and the Ministry of Education and Research (KD) have given the Directorate of Public Construction and Property the task of engineering the renovation of NHH's university college building in Bergen up until the completed sketch project. This contract can be continued in subsequent phases of the project.The university college building was completed in 1963 and it has approx. 11 800 m2 divided between a tower block and 2 low blocks and an aula. Parts of these areas have a comprehensive need for renovation. At the same time we would like, amongst other things, to make the area use more efficient, however the supporting system for the building etc. has its limitations. Parts of the university college building are in protection class 2, preservation.
