Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
A decision has not yet been made as to what will happen with the project after the sketch project. The renovation work for the tower block is urgent and the Directorate of Public Construction and Property envisages therefore that it is probable that a decision will be made to continue the project relatively quickly after the sketch project, even if the decision for continuation can come at a later date.

The content of a further engagement of the consultants has, thus, not yet been decided. The consultant can be engaged to prepare the preliminary project with calculations for the chosen solution alternative. Another alternative assignment can consist of preparing the tender documentation for a turnkey contract, possibly with interaction in the early phase. Transport to a turnkey contractor for further engineering is also a possibility. Another alternative is to engage consultants, 1 or several persons, to assist the contracting authority with quality assurance of parts of the turnkey contractor's work in the execution phase.

If the assignment is continued, it could be necessary to supplement the team with other disciplines, such as LARK, RIM etc., as well as possibly several persons within ARK, RIB etc. The consultant must be able to obtain these if wanted by the contracting authority.

The contract can also be extended to include the service building from 1995.
A continuation of the contract after the sketch project has been submitted is a right for the Directorate of Public Construction and Property, but not an obligation.
Further work is to be invoiced according to hours used and the contract's rates.

The complete annual accounts for the previous year, including the auditor's report. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to obtain a credit appraisal.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this project.
A description shall be provided of
reference projects with
a transferable value (the ARK, RIB, RIV roles shall be documented), with
information on, amongst other things:
— the name of the project
— contracting authority
— the project's size in m2 and cost
— the type of building, including new buildings or renovation and any listed buildings
— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT
— the firm's assignments/role in the project
— in what phases the assignment was carried out
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where one is in the project.
