The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory solidity and financial implementation ability. The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
Complete annual financial statement for the last accounting year including the audit report.
The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience is required from contracts of a similar size and complexity.

Sufficient competence and capacity is required for the assignment.
