PropMan is the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's system for managing contracts and preparing invoices for rent and variable operational expenses. The system has an overview of the Directorate's properties, with the accompanying rental contracts. This system shall be replaced with a new system.The assignment includes:a) Software and consultancy services for introduction of the new management system, including consultancy services for system integration and project management of a combined and comprehensive solution;b) Conversion of data from PropMan to the new system;c) Maintenance contract for the offered standard system and any customer specific expansions.
