Tittel: Construction work for college buildings
Antall eller omfang:
The enquiry is for a turnkey contract with a solution proposal for a combined teaching and office building at the University College at Kronstad in Bergen. Apart from the auditoriums and reading rooms there will be limited special rooms for a building of approx. 15 000 m². A building shall be constructed within the current regulations for the site with some significant changes. The overall aim for the university college is to co-house all subject and administrative activity in a joint campus at Kronstad. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's contracting authority is Bergen University College.The Directorate of Public Construction will prepare a construction programme for the project, which together with the requirement specifications, will form the basis for the tender competition and the execution. BIM (electronic building information modelling) shall be used for the detailed engineering design services, the construction and as a part of the final documentation. The MOMD documentation for the project shall be submitted in TIDA (Technical Information Database). The building shall be classified as BREEAM-NOR excellent and ZEB-O project.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: The supplier is required to be a legally established enterprise.
Documentation: Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Tax and VAT certificates.
A joint certificate on taxes (tax, advance tax deduction, garnishment, payroll tax) and VAT (Tax certificate) shall be presented.
The tax certificate can be ordered from Altinn. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Tenderers with a registered office in an EEA country other than Norway must submit equivalent certificates in accordance with procurement regulations §§ 11-10 (3) and 20-12 (3).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
Documentation: Complete annual accounts for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: 1./2. The tenderer (company) is required to have — experience with assignments of an equivalent size and complexity.
Documentation:
1. A description shall be submitted of up to 3 reference projects with comparative value, with information on:
— the name of the project;
— contracting authority;
— type of building;
— the project's size in m² and cost;
— type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project);
— the firm's assignments/role in the project;
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT;
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where one is in the project;
— use of BIM;
— experience with LEAN as a self-assessment of what is of comparative value for this project;
2. If the company/companies that shall carry out the engineering design services are other than the executing turnkey contractor (or if the reference projects under No 1 are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have carried out the engineering design services), the company who shall design the project (ARK) is to document up to 3 reference projects with information on as stated in point 1 above, as well as which phases the assignment was performed in.
