For alterations to the ‘L’ building at HSN. The L-building was built in 1994 -1995. It is a structurally simple building of two floors plus basement. The reconstruction will include approx. 1 020 square metres GFA over 2 floors and basement plus extension on the roof of approx. 70 square metres GFA (expansion of second floor). In addition, the works include replacement of windows on the second floor and repairs of the brick facade. The project will also include the upgrading of technical installations.From 2004 to 2014, the number of nursing students increased from 350 to 600 without the SIM centre being expanded. The current premises are outdated and do not have enough space. A new SIM centre with advanced equipment provides opportunity for skills training which can partially replace external practice. The municipalities in Grenland and the hospital in Telemark have a requirement for the training that a new SIM centre can provide.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
Complete Annual Financial Statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID. Statsbygg reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) The tenderer (company) is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value in regard to the performance description.
A description shall be provided, of approx. 1 A4 page per project, for up to 3 reference projects with a transferable value, with information on, amongst other things:
— The name of the project and the Contracting Authority.
— The project's size in m2 and contract value excluding VAT
— Type of contract
— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT.
— the firm's assignments/role in the project.
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — current progress of the project
— in what phases the assignment was carried out.
2) The tenderer is required to have a good system for performance control.
Description of the system for performance control, with a description of the methods and equipment.
3) Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity).
Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into job categories.
4) It is a requirement that the person(s) offered as HSE co-ordinator are education with experience as follows:
— 40 hours industry orientated courses in the applicable working environment law
Course certificate for the offered person.
