The process has clarified that the department for general teacher education sport and the IT section shall be included in the building, as well as some adaptations for art. The renovation covers 2 floors and a mezzanine that make up a total of 4 000 m². HISF would like to start using the building at the start of the term autumn 2018.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value is required.
1. A description shall be submitted of up to three reference projects with comparative value with information about i.e.:
— the name of the project;
— contracting authority;
— the project's size in m² and cost;
— type of building;
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT;
— type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project);
— the firm's assignments/role in the project;
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where one is in the project.
2. If the company/companies that shall carry out the design are different than the executing turnkey contractor (or if the reference projects under No 1 are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have designed), the engineering design company/tcompanies who shall carry out the engineering design of the disciplines Architect (ARK), Consulting engineer construction works for buildings (RIB), Consulting engineer HVAC (RIV) and Consulting engineer Electrical installations (RIE) shall present documentation of up until 3 reference projects with comparative value, with information as stated in point 1 above, as well as which phases the assignment was performed in.
