Tenderers can choose whether the team shall consist of 2 or 3 persons.Further competence and personnel can be supplemented at a later date. The offered personnel must be able to be authorised and security cleared for level C (Confidential), see the information in annex E. The tenderer will carry the risk of the offered personnel being authorised and security cleared for the planned assignment. See Annex C Construction Manager Book point 15.1.When the contract is signed, the tenderer shall, in addition, submit 1 CV for personnel who can join as temporary staff for the offered personnel if they cannot be security cleared, for sick leave, etc. A clearance request will be sent for both the offered persons and the temporary staff.The measures will be divided between 2 construction phases, phase 1 will be carried out in 2017 and phase 2 will be in 2018. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property requests tenders for construction management for phase 1, and an option for construction management for phase 2, as stated in the tender form.RRA (The Government's Representation Facility) is located in Oslo and it consists of three buildings that are close to each other at Parkveien 45, Riddervoldsgate 2 and Inkognitogaten 18 (see the photo on the front page). — The assignment's contract value excluding VAT;
— Type of contract;
— The start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where 1 is in the project.
The company is required to document experience from the role of KU.
