The draft project also include all associated construction and technical elements, as well as The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's buildings at Ila Prison and Detention Centre.Currently funds are only allocated up until the draft project is approved. Preparation of preliminary project, execution of detailed engineering design and follow up in the construction and warranty phase, is depending on the Contracting Authority deciding to go ahead, and that funds are allocated. For this reason, execution of the last named phases shall be options for The Directorate of Public Construction and Property.An appropriate, safe and good execution of this project is of great importance for all involved parties. Security routines for Ila Prison and Detention Centre apply to the assignment, and it is stipulated that whoever is awarded the project must follow these. Those awarded the assignment will go through applicable security procedures at start-up and all personnel that shall enter Ila Prison and Detention Centre must be cleared (criminal record check). All ‘non-Norwegian’ citizens, must obtain a criminal record check from their homeland. It is a requirement that offered personnel have immaculate conduct.The prison shall be in full operation during the entire project and all works should be carried out so that the prison security provisions are satisfied.

An information meeting will be held for all tenderers on Tuesday 22.11.2016, 12:00 at Jøssingveien 38, 1359 Eiksmarka. The meeting will be held outside the prison.
