The draft project also include all associated construction and technical elements, as well as The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's buildings at Ila Prison and Detention Centre.Currently funds are only allocated up until the draft project is approved. Preparation of preliminary project, execution of detailed engineering design and follow up in the construction and warranty phase, is depending on the Contracting Authority deciding to go ahead, and that funds are allocated. For this reason, execution of the last named phases shall be options for The Directorate of Public Construction and Property.An appropriate, safe and good execution of this project is of great importance for all involved parties. Security routines for Ila Prison and Detention Centre apply to the assignment, and it is stipulated that whoever is awarded the project must follow these. Those awarded the assignment will go through applicable security procedures at start-up and all personnel that shall enter Ila Prison and Detention Centre must be cleared (criminal record check). All ‘non-Norwegian’ citizens, must obtain a criminal record check from their homeland. It is a requirement that offered personnel have immaculate conduct.The prison shall be in full operation during the entire project and all works should be carried out so that the prison security provisions are satisfied.

Statsbygg reserves the right to obtain credit appraisal of all tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. ARK, RIB, RIV and RIE companies require sufficient experience from engineering design of construction projects with comparative value.

1. Sufficient experience from multi-disciplinary coordination of engineering design services for construction projects with comparative value is required of PGK companies.

2. Tenderers must have a secure implementation ability (capacity)

1. Descriptions shall be delivered on approx. 1 A4 page per project of up to three reference projects of comparable value for each of the disciplines represented by the companies: PGK, RIV, RIE, ARK and RIB, with i.a. Information about

— The project name

— Contracting authority

— Size of the project in m²

— type of construction, including new construction, renovation and any protection status

— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT.

— The company's assignment/role in the project.

— In what phases the assignment was executed.

— Start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — current progress in the project.

— Companies in the PGK role shall also provide information about which disciplines were coordinated.

2. Tenderer shall briefly (on 1 A4 page) account for how the company resources/personnel wise shall ensure the assignment is delivered within the given deadlines.
