The Directorate of Public Construction and Property has received the task of assisting Gjøvik University College (HiG) in planning and developing of a new teaching/laboratory/workshop and office building. The building shall be located on HiG's site in Teknologiveien 22 at Gjøvik and will be 4 980 m2, distributed over 5 floors. The building shall not have a basement. There are options for 2 footbridges to the 2 existing buildings. The building site is completely flat and currently consists of a grass lawn that is used as a ball court.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property has entered into a turnkey contract with Betonmast Toten AS for the erection of a new construction at NTNU Gjøvik (previously the Gjøvik University College). The scope of the agreement is approx. 165 000 000 NOK including VAT and options and estimates for calculation works. The contract will be signed with the following terms from The Directorate of Public Construction and Property:— Government approval of the project;— Entry to hire agreement with users;— Agreement with land owner for the purchase of site.The new construction is primarily offices for administration and teachers, classrooms, including a large auditorium and cafe/lunch bar. These areas shall be suitable for all departments of NTNU Gjøvik. There are also areas for workshop halls and laboratories with higher ceiling height.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
Complete Annual Financial Statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID. Statsbygg reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) The tenderer (company) is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value in regard to the performance description.
A description shall be provided, of approx. 1 A4 page per project, for up to 3 reference projects with a transferable value, with information on, amongst other things:
— The name of the project and the Contracting Authority.
— The project's size in m2 and contract value excluding VAT;
— Type of contract;
— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT.
— the firm's assignments/role in the project.
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — current progress of the project;
— in what phases the assignment was carried out.
2) The tenderer is required to have a good system for performance control.
Description of the system for performance control, with a description of the methods and equipment.
3) Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity).
Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into job categories.
4) It is a requirement that the person(s) offered as HSE co-ordinator are education with experience as follows:
— 40 hours industry orientated courses in the applicable working environment law.
Course certificate for the offered person.
