Tenderers who apply for qualification can by individual companies that cover all the professions, companies that use sub-suppliers or sub-contractors in a binding cooperation, or they can be constellations of companies with different competence that apply to be qualified as a group.A new exhibition greenhouse for a botanical garden is planned for Tøyen in Oslo. The botanical garden will be a part of the Natural History Museum, which in turn is a part of the University of Oslo.The enquiry is for a turnkey contract in a cooperation for the engineering design services for and the delivery and installation of a complete system for climatizing, energy capture and energy recovery in the exhibition greenhouse. The procurement will be carried out as a ‘competitive dialogue’; i.e. the selected tenderers will be able to present system proposals and discuss them with the Directorate for Public Construction and Property before they submit a tender.Contract K301 Climate installations will be a joint sub-contract in the project.The dialogue phase is planned for the period October — December 2016. Thereafter the selected tenderers will be able to submit a tender for the systems that have been discussed in the dialogue.3-5 tenderers will be selected to participate in the dialogue phase. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will pay each of the participants in the dialogue phase in accordance with the number of hours used, within a limit of 300 000 NOK excluding VAT for each participant.

Antall eller omfang:

A new exhibition greenhouse for a botanical garden is planned for Tøyen in Oslo. The botanical garden will be a part of the Natural History Museum, which in turn is a part of the University of Oslo.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, Alternatively a StartBANK ID. Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

It is required that the tenderer has sufficient

financial implementation ability.

The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.

Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.

The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of all tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1./.2. Tenderers are required to have sufficient competence and experience with engineering design services, delivery and construction of the following types of installations, with the accompanying control systems:

— Climate installations,

— Installations for energy capture,

— Energy storage.

1. A short account shall be provided (up to two A4 pages) of the company's/the companies' competence and tools for

a) dimensioning climate installations to handle minimum/maximum loads for transpiration and temperature

b) preparing concepts/systems that ensure optimum energy-economy.

2. A description shall be submitted of up to 5 reference projects with comparative value, with information on:

a) the project name,

b) contracting authority,

c) type of installation,

d) the assignment's size or extent,

e) type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project),

f) the company's assignments/role in the project,

g) the assignment's contract value excluding VAT,

h) the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where one is in the project,

i) use of BIM.
