There are eight reconstruction areas across the different locations. Areas 7 and 8 will be included as options that can be trigged by the project before signing the contract.A more comprehensive description is in the tender invitation and in the document: K204 ReconstructionMH-Description.Reconstruction Area 1 — Canteen kitchen, 303 m2 (floor 6)The kitchen shall be the object of a comprehensive reconstruction, with better space in production,washing up and serving.Reconstruction Area 2 — Changing rooms and storage/freezer room, 66 m2 (floor 6)Changing rooms shall be established for kitchen personnel, as well as a freezer room and storage for the canteen kitchen.Reconstruction Area 3 — Training auditorium and cell laboratory, 208 m2 (floor 7)The existing teaching laboratory (training auditorium) shall be expanded, and fitted out with course benches with sinks and outlets for cold water and propane.Reconstruction Area 4 — Anatomy, 244 m2 (floor 7)In the anatomical department on floor 7, the existing auditorium shall be expanded, for dissection training and demonstration of preparations etc. The auditorium will be fitted out with new dissection benches, with surgical columns and US lamps at each bench.Reconstruction Area 5 — Ergonomics, 267 m2 (floor 8)On floor 8 a room will be established for training/skills training for students and children with various function(movement) disabilities, for example, wheelchair users.Reconstruction Area 6 — Nurse Education and Radiography, 338 m2 (floor 9)A practice room shall be established on floor 9 for nursing and radiography students, where they will practice exercises with patients. Complete Hospital Standards will be implemented for the training room and associated support rooms.Reconstruction 7 — Skills Centre, 220 m2 (floor 9)A skills centre shall be established on floor 9, with training in the multi-purpose room for larger student groups. Training room for heart/lung salvage and patient examinations, fitted out with examination benches and air intake/vacuum.Reconstruction Area 8 — Future Lab, 183 m2 (floor 7)The training room on the 7th floor for training of student groups of up to 50 persons. It shall be set up for flexible fit out, with the possibility for both classroom set up and dividing into zones for smaller groups.II.2.2).

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.

Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.

The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value to this project.

At least one or more of reference projects for the turnkey contractor should be executed as turnkey contracts.

1. A description shall be provided, of approx. one A4 page per project, for up to three reference projects with a comparable value, including information on, amongst other things:

— the name of the project,

— contracting authority,

— the project's size in m² and cost,

— type of building,

— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT,

— type of contract,

— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where one is in the project.

2. If the company/companies that shall carry out the design are different than the executing turnkey contractor (or if the reference projects under no. 1 are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have designed), the engineering design company/companies who shall carry out the engineering design of the disciplines Architect (ARK), Consulting engineer construction works for buildings (RIB), Consulting engineer HVAC (RIV) and Consulting engineer Electrical installations (RIE) shall present documentation of up until three reference projects with comparative value, with information as stated in point 1 above, as well as which phases the assignment was performed in.
