The electrotechnical installations consist of a total of 8 different contracts called K401 Electricity, K4011 Lighting (including outdoor lighting), K501 Security, K5011 Network, K502 Control plant/automation, K503 ICT equipment, K5031 AV equipment and K601 Lift. In addition, some electrotechnical work is included in contract K201 Alteration Infrastructure, K204 Framework concrete work and K701 Outdoor installations.
Contract K501 Security includes electrotechnical installations that are related to security in chapter 5 in NS3451:2009 building parts table. These are as follows:
532 Systems for telephony (equipment for alarm transfer):
An assessment shall be made as to whether alarms shall be sent to an external alarm station.
Equipment for this shall, in this case, fulfil the top quality requirements in the FG rules.
543 Access control, burglary and assault alarm (including object security systems):
A general system shall also be delivered, which, from the same operator point, serves all the security installations, including fire alarm installations.
There will be guidelines in the text as to whether the general system shall be built as a separate top system, the AAK-installation's or the TVO installation's software.
A duty centre with 3 operator places and a video wall is also included. Some cabling is included for non-Ethernet based equipment.
All the installations shall cover the entire building.
543 AAK installations:
The AAK installation shall fulfil NEK-EN60839-11-1:2013 Degree 4.
The security installations are to be added to the house's S-LAN, which does not have some connections out of the LAN.
Door protection shall most be carried out in accordance with RC-5, RC-4 or RC-3.
543 AIA installations:
The burglary alarm installations shall fulfil EN — 50131 Degree 3.
543 Object protection:
The installation shall be based on nodes connected to S-LAN and wireless communication with detectors.
In principle, all art objects shall be protected, both those in exhibitions, in storage in the magazine and in transport between the museum's entities.
The installation shall have an object database.
553 Internal television (camera monitoring/TVO).
553 TVO installations.
TVO installations shall be installed with VMS, which cover the building internally and externally.
The TVO installations are a part of the security installations that are run on S-LAN. (Separate contract K 503).
TVO shall be shown together with the alarm and events from other relevant installations, as well as used as an overview and events documentation. Detection algorithms shall be used for specific cameras and times.
