The tenderer shall ensure Statsbygg's need for on-site construction management for the work included in the electro technical contracts for the project. Requirements for which services will be provided by the construction manager, are described in the attached function description for construction management.
Note that the construction management for all disciplines shall co-operate in solving the projects' total challenges, and all construction managers can therefore be imposed to attend to other assignments, e.g. in relation to other contracts, interface between contracts and requirements for work in connection with completion of projects.

E. Construction manager; Testing and Interface — Senior construction manager with special responsibility for planning and implementing tests of electro technical systems, as well as interface problems between the electro disciplines and other disciplines.

G. Construction manager; interface and door installations — Senior construction manager with special responsibility for interface with all works concerning door installation engineering. Detail oriented management of progress and follow-up activities in relation to door installations.

H. The construction management assistance (control engineers) — junior construction managers who shall provide support to senior construction managers and other construction management for various inspection and follow-up works.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The extent of the size will also be emphasised.

Documentation: Complete financial statements for the last 2 years including audit reports. Statsbygg reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Companies are required to have good experience from assignments with a transferable value, including good experience from assignments with builder managed contracts.

Documentation: A short presentation of relevant reference assignments (3-5), in which the tenderer has had central functions in the management of the project implementation in recent years.

The following shall be provided for each of the reference projects:

1. A brief description of the building/type of buildings.

— Size of the construction project in m² and NOK;

— The value of the assignment and the accompanying contract value;

— Roles in the management assignment (in detail);

— Contract period for implementation;

— Contracting authority;

— Contract form/divisions;

— Which conditions in the reference project are particularly relevant for PNN.
