The contracting authority shall see to Statsbygg's need for on-site construction management for the work included in the HVAC technical contracts in the project. Requirements for which services will be provided by the construction manager are described in the attached performance description for construction management.
The assignment's extent and limitations.
In this assignment, H301 BL HVAC, construction management and contract follow-up related to the HVAC contracts K301, K302, K3011, K3012 and K3021 shall be provided, see the contract overview above.
The construction management service for PNN will otherwise be divided into several construction management contracts. The provisional division of the construction management assignments, in addition to the assignment H301 BL HVAC, is as follows:
— BL Ground and contract follow-up K201, K202 and K203 ground work, including sheet piling and piling;
— BL Rigging contract follow-up K101, K102, joint rigging, security guard and safety;
— BL Building — Construction management building and contract follow-up K204, K205, K206, K207, K208 and K701;
— BL Electo — technical construction management electro and contract follow-up K401, K4011, K501, K5011, K502, K503, K5031 and K601.
These assignments will be announced separately. 3 assignments have already been contracted.
All HVAC technical installations in the construction contracts are followed-up by BL-construction.
In addition to construction managers, Statsbygg supplements the construction site follow-up with its own resources, including SHA-KU, control engineers from PG, staff functions such as progress planning and interface planner (ITB), in addition to Statsbygg's own on-site project management with responsibility for production follow-up.
BL HVAC shall follow-up the work from signed contracts. The assignment's length will follow the project's progress with planned completion summer 2019 and the subsequent trial operation and follow-up in the claims period to the required degree.
